Tree Maintenance - City Owned-WAM at 1043 75 Ave SW Southwest Calgary

Two of the city elm trees in front of my house have grown TOO BIG!! One is pushing my spruce tree against the house. The spruce is tilting. The elm trees need to be pruned BIG TIME! This is the third time I have asked the city to do it. Please send somebody to take care of the trees. They also need insect treatment since they are infested. I have to treat my American Elm tree in my back yard because these 2 trees in the front are contaminating it. Thank you!
