back lane requires grading. new gas line connection for new infill was not compacted properly leaving a depression in the alley. New construction has made a mess of the back lane causing drainage issues into neighborhood yards.

The entire alley behind 6123 Bowness Road NE from Bowness Road to 61st NW is full of pot holes, extremely deep and is causing flat tires on vehicles.

Possible sink hole located at the rear of 630 8th ave SE near the parking pad.
