Sidewalk cut for Construction no markers added extreme, tripping hazard

A section of sidewalk has sunk causing a ‘trip hazard’ in front of our property. This sidewalk was replaced by the developer (Brookfield) in 2024.

The sidewalk slants towards the street in a major way. During winter, water pools onto much of the sidewalk from the street and freezes. This makes a large ice rink on the sidewalk, making it very dangerous for pedestrians.

So i have to clean my walks but this nonsense is allowed? Why is the bike lane a priority but the pedestrian path is a death trap? Do better. This is a slap in my dave face considering My taxes paid for that...

Pathway near a seniors home becomes a goat trail, before becoming a pathway again. This affects accessibility for many citizens, including ones with disabilities and seniors. Curbs are also too high for wheel chairs

Sidewalk needs to be replaced with concrete. New service was installed 3 years ago. We paid the indemnification fee that is over the market value of the costs for repair. After 3 years of the city holding our money it should be fixed.
