East West pedestrian light not working

This intersection desperately needs a pedestrian crossing with flashing lights. There are so many kids and adults trying to cross to the bus stop every day and it is so dangerous watching people cross each day.

West side pedestrian signal does not give a walk sign for next cycle despite being pushed on time. Witnessed multiple times

Unsafe intersection for pedestrians

When the pedestrian button is pushed at the north/east corner of 16th ave and 12th street NW, the walk signal on the south opposite side does not activate.
