Potholes. Same as past 10years just get worse; as well the alley curb on 4st SW at risk of collapse or damage to vehicle/pedestrians

Insufficient drainage, resulting in a very large puddle reaching nearly all the way across the lane. Many other ruts and hole along lane.

Lane need proper maintenance. Last year grader came down the lane and created a low spot behind my house and 5 houses north of us. There is no gravel left just dirt. The lane has needed major maintenance for the last 5 years.
