Potholes. Same as past 10years just get worse; as well the alley curb on 4st SW at risk of collapse or damage to vehicle/pedestrians

Road has broken apart and causes a giant hole that traps water and ice. It accumulates in front of two garages. Pot hole is about 5' by 3'

Manhole was repaired last year. No gravel was placed and settlement around manhole.

Backlane needs a heavy spread of gravel and the 12' thick tracks of mud taken out. It's a disaster in our backlane, vehicles have gotten stuck at times.

The storm drain in the alley behind 705 52nd Ave SW is clogged and the melt will flood into our garage on the next day or so.

Flooded back alley -- sewer drain backed up. Backup causing massive puddle that is damaging garages

There is no gravel left so back lane is a mud pit, can’t park car in the garage due to the amount of mud. It needs a load of gravel added to the mud
