After heavy snow noticed power line connecting 2 streetlights was hanging low over Wilderness Dr SE. Photo seems to show wires pulled out of the light which is similar to that on the opposite side of the street. It does not look the same...

Streetlight pole has its access panel removed and wires are hanging out.

Two issues the first one the dome blew off and has to be clipped back on and second the pole access is damaged and is open and has exposed wires

Wires lose at top of street light. Only street light on street with cabling above ground. Causes a nuisance as birds sit on wire and decorate cars underneath with their poop.
